FAQs

What services do you offer?

1

No third party call center, when you call or text, you get me on the phone. We offer a wide variety of services from auto, home and commercial lockouts to repair or replace hardware on homes and businesses. We specialize in replacing lost keys to RV’s, classic cars, motorcycles and off-road vehicles. Quotes over the phone are quick and free. I am willing to do in person quotes for free as long as it is within an hour drive from Nampa, ID.

How do I get started?

Simply select the '“Call or Text” or the “E-mail” button and those links go straight to me. Even if it is a simple or what you think is a “stupid” question, I am more than happy to answer it and help you out.

What makes you different?

When you call, text or E-mail me, you won’t get a third party call center on the other line, you only get me, my lovely wife or one of my curious children on the line. I won’t tell you a price and then charge you more unless I speak to you first. In this line of work sometimes prices can vary and once I assess the work in person, I will let you know an exact price before starting work. I specialize in a wide variety of locksmith skills but if I am unsure if I can help you, I promise I won’t waste your time but I will point you in the right direction of the person who can best help you. I have been a locksmith here in the Treasure Valley long enough to know who is excellent at different things and who and what to stay away from. If I give you a time that I will be there, I promise I will be there within that amount of time. If I can’t, I will take the time to find out who is in the area and can get to you sooner. I am not one to blow smoke because I want anyone that calls me to get what they need done ASAP.

How can I contact you?

The fastest way to get ahold of me is hitting the “Call or Text” button as they all go straight to my phone. If I don’t answer right away it is mostly likely I am with a customer or on the phone with a customer but I will call you right back. E-mail is another option but I only check my E-mail periodically throughout the day.
